Solutive was founded in France in 2020 and offers natural clean-label solutions for food manufacturers and artisans. Our products focus on texture, thanks to plant fibers and linseed flour.
For ice cream makers, we offer MixeoGS, a natural alternative to the stabilizers traditionally used in ice creams and sorbets.
Food consumption patterns are changing, and consumers are increasingly demanding products with more natural, transparent and healthy ingredients. As a result, clean-labelling has become a key strategy for food manufacturers.
It was against this backdrop, and to address these new markets, that Solutive was created, specializing in clean-label solutions and offering a range of conventional and organic products.
The clean-label approach aims to limit the use of food additives (texturizing additives, emulsifiers, thickeners and stabilizers, for example) and to promote the use of natural ingredients. Limiting the use of food additives (texturizers, emulsifiers, thickeners, stabilizers) enables Exxx-free ingredient declarations (or labeling).
Food manufacturers may be looking for solutions to formulate gluten-free bread, natural stabilizers for ice creams and sorbets, or solutions to replace allergenic ingredients. These solutions can be sought by both organic and conventional food manufacturers.
